  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from VeltrixTech containing your DHL tracking number.

  • International Shipping: Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location outside the UK/EU and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your VeltrixTech purchase, we are here to help.

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and request a return.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the tech product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unopened packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).

  • Defective Products: If your item arrives with a technical fault, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a pre-paid label for the return and offer a full refund or a replacement.

  • How to Start a Return: Simply email our support team at support@veltrixtech.com with your order number. We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
